Tay Mo Leong

Tay Mo Leong - Born in Penang 1938, fulltime artist. Mo Leong represently chairman of the ArtGAllery Gallery Committee, Penang as well as member of the State Museum Board and he is also the president of the Penang Water Color Society since 1985.
